Production Line Worker

Beauty Industry Group (“BIG”) was recently awarded as one of Utah’s 100 Fastest Growing Companies. We are seeking a full-time Production Line Worker Team Member who will make a difference in our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)

  • Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy
  • Operate machinery correctly and maintain with care
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Demonstrate an attitude of teamwork and positivity
  • Work to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality of work
  • Ensure company standards and production requirements are met consistently.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate using written and verbal skills
  • Conduct yourself with honesty & integrity
  • Basic understanding of simple math, written instructions, and the ability to complete forms and necessary paperwork
  • Capable or reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
  • Basic computer skills
  • Cleanliness and organization
  • Lift at least 30 lbs. at a time
  • Ability to crouch, bend, twist in production environment
  • Stand for extended periods of time
  • Previous production experience a plus
