Director of Digital Marketing


If you’re a natural leader who lives and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Director of Digital Marketing to develop, lead, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all channels with our marketing team. You’re great with people, numbers and are ROI/Results obsessed. You have proven leadership skills, a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and are able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You’ll be leading our marketing team and also working with our customer service and creative teams to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

In this role you:

  • Plan, lead, and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Lead and mentor a marketing team of 3 to 5 people
  • Own and deliver on growth/sales goals
  • Design and grow our social media presence
  • Lead/run all paid media campaigns with focus of budget on Facebook and Google
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, lead, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Have a keen eye for design


  • Prior leadership role in developing and implementing digital strategy to build brand equity and drive sales/revenue growth
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing preferably from an agency
  • Experience with e-commerce
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Expertise in Facebook Power Editor, Google Adwords, and Google Analytics
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field
