ABOUT THIS REPORT
This second report covers key Corporate Social Responsibility highlights and initiatives focusing on 2021. We are proud of our significant progress in all of our 4 pillars: Our People, Giving and Community, Environmental Impact, and Supply Chain. Some highlights include the investments made on Supply Chain by having a focused team for Sourcing/Product Development/Quality functions and by having opened an office in China, the further Giving Sponsorship like Matter of Trust and Educate Girls and the L. Catterton entry to BIG as main stakeholder. This work was achieved with the remarkable engagement and efforts of our entire BIG team. Through our colleagues and across all the geographies in which we work, we are committed to maintain the most responsible business practices possible and constantly strive to deliver true, sustainable beauty to the world.
