Job Duties:
Envision and implement a strategy for organic social in partnership with Brand and Digital
Marketing teams
Develop campaigns and ongoing cadence informed by brand strategy, pillars and Brand calendar;
translate the Brand’s rich storytelling opportunities into engaging content
Collaborate with Brand and Product development teams to create exciting and informative social
‘buzz’ regarding new product launches
Create our influencer marketing strategy, including always-on seeding, launch campaigns, and
paid partnerships
Strategize and develop influencer marketing campaigns to support product launches and drive
brand awareness and reach on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
Job Requirements:
5+ years’ proven experience in influencer/social/PR/communications for a brand or agency in the
beauty/lifestyle industry
3+ years’ managing a team of two or more direct reports
A passion for beauty brands and the digital/social landscape; forward-thinking with a
trend-setting mindset
Expertise in managing and growing social media on platforms and well-versed in social media
tools and analytics
Able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment while working effectively and
collaboratively as a leader on the team
Detailed-oriented, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and
deadlines
A natural ability to use data, intuition, and creativity to make business decisions
Working knowledge of social analytics, listening and publishing tools, including/not limited to
Sprout, Spredfast, Hootsuite, etc
Bachelor’s degree with a major or concentration in communications/marketing/business or a
relevant subject matter
