Key Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)
Report to VP of Professional Brands
Represent Babe Lash brand in key meetings and events
Promote sales across the United States and Internationally through relationships, meetings and partnerships
Lead Babe Lash trade show events, including, but not limited to trade shows, education classes, and other brand promotional engagements
Establish partnerships and deepen engagement from top purchasers to grow their business
Generate and follow-up on new business leads for retail, distribution and international accounts
Create strategy for and execute on sales plans to grow revenue through key retail accounts
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Sales Management role
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing retail accounts, preferably for cosmetic brands
Willing to commit to 25-35% travel
Entrepreneurial mindset and generous comfort level with fast-paced, highly interactive environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Passionate public speaker and salesperson
Ability to lead, influence and inspire cross-functional partners and non-direct reports
Open to being challenged and believes constructive feedback drives better results and outcomes
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to effectively manage time and multiple projects
